Members Club - FAQs

What is a Boat Service Membership?

Riomar Members Club gives boat owners lower service costs and priority scheduling through one trusted marine service company. Get preferred labor and parts pricing, savings on washes and detailing, and exclusive member offers for the care your boat needs.

From repairs to routine maintenance, you have one team to call. You request the service and approve the work, with membership benefits available throughout the year.

How Does Members Club Work?

Members Club is a paid membership that gives you savings and priority scheduling when you need marine service. You stay in control of your boat’s care—contact Riomar when you need work, review the estimate and approve it before we begin.

Choose monthly or annual billing with a 12-month membership commitment. Repairs, maintenance, washes, detailing and parts are billed separately from your membership, with your member benefits applied to eligible purchases.

What Are My Members Club Benefits?

Your membership helps reduce the cost of caring for your boat and gives you priority when scheduling service.

  • 15% off engineering labor for repairs and maintenance.
  • 10% off washes and detailing to keep your boat clean and its finish protected.
  • Priority scheduling over non-member service requests.
  • Preferred parts pricing on parts purchased through Riomar.
  • Exclusive member offers on marine services throughout the year.

How Much Does Members Club Cost?

Members Club costs $29 per month or $299 per year paid upfront, saving you $49 with annual billing. Both options include the same benefits and require a 12-month commitment. Services, parts and materials are billed separately.

Will Members Club Save Me Money?

If you use Riomar for repairs, maintenance, washes or detailing, your member discounts can offset the membership cost and reduce your annual service expenses. How much you save depends on the services you use.

Use our Members Club Savings Calculator to estimate your savings after the membership fee.

Are There Minimum Charges or Limits On Member Discounts?

Washes have a $100 minimum charge after your discount, and savings are capped at $50 per wash. Preferred parts pricing varies by item and applies to eligible parts purchased through Riomar. Your estimate will show your member pricing before you approve the work.

Does My Membership Cover More Than One Boat?

Yes. One Members Club membership covers all boats you own, so you can use your benefits across your boats without purchasing a separate membership for each.

How Do Renewals and Cancellations Work?

Monthly memberships require an initial 12-month commitment. After your first year, membership automatically continues month-to-month. You can cancel before your next billing date to stop future charges.

Annual prepaid memberships automatically renew each year unless canceled before renewal. No advance-notice period is required.

If you cancel during your initial 12-month commitment, any remaining monthly payments are still due as scheduled. Annual payments are nonrefundable, and your benefits remain active through your paid membership term.

What's the Difference Between Members Club and VesselGuard?

Members Club gives you discounted service rates, priority scheduling and exclusive offers. You keep track of your boat’s needs and contact us when you want work done.

VesselGuard adds scheduled inspections, maintenance tracking and ongoing oversight. We identify issues, notify you when maintenance is due and help arrange approved work according to your plan.

Choose Members Club for savings on services you request, or VesselGuard for ongoing care and oversight between outings.

Does Members Club Include Hurricane Preparation?

No. Hurricane preparation is a separate service and is billed separately from your membership. However, Members Club members receive a discount on the service. Contact Riomar for member pricing and to arrange preparation for your boat.

What's You're Service Area?

Based in Fort Pierce, Riomar Marine Group serves boat and yacht owners of the Treasure coast and beyond.

Members Club brings preferred pricing and priority scheduling to the repairs, maintenance, washes and detailing you need locally—whether you keep your boat at a marina, private dock or in dry storage.

Is Members Club Right for Me?

Members Club is for boat and yacht owners who arrange their own service and want savings on the work they already need. Whether you’re scheduling routine maintenance, addressing a repair or keeping up with washes and detailing, membership gives you a reason to bring that work to one trusted team.

If you want scheduled inspections and ongoing maintenance oversight, explore VesselGuard, our boat and yacht management program.
